- Refund Policy and COVID-19
- We will be following all facility COVID-19 policies.
- The no refund policy will be waived if this event is cancelled due to COVID-19 issues or if a team cannot travel safely due to COVID-19.
- Stay-to-Play Housings
- A stipulation of being accepted to this tournament is that ALL out-of-town teams must book their rooms through our hotel partner Welcome Travel Services. Cooperation is critical to the success of the event. We will provide transportation to and from Fifth Third Arena with the ability to store your equipment onsite. This policy helps to ensure sufficient availability at quality hotels and the best available rates. Rooms will book quickly, once you register and pay the deposit, we will send you the booking link.
- Registration & Payment Info

- All Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis as long as you meet the appropriate requirements for skill level and payment.
- Payment
- A non-refundable application fee is required to hold your spot in the tournament and notify our system so that you will receive all automated tournament information. Please note that you may use a different form of payment to complete the full tournament fee at a later date.
- A $800 deposit is due by May 4, 2022. Full payment is due by June 1, 2022 and there are no refunds after 30 days prior to the tournament.
